Job summary

Hector Garnica State Farm Insurance in Red Bluff, CA is seeking an Acquisitions Specialist to grow the agency by developing new business opportunities through calls, emails and community outreach. You will manage a pipeline, schedule follow-ups and collaborate with the team to meet acquisition goals.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, holds a Property and Casualty license or is able to obtain one, and values integrity, service, and building trust with customers.

Qualifications
