Job summary

Bowhead seeks a Senior Acquisition Specialist to support the AIR PMO and Robotic/Autonomous Systems contract at Patuxent River, MD. You will develop acquisition documentation, including APs, ASRs, PID, SOW, and CDRLs, and coordinate with DoD and government review teams.

Hybrid role locals within 50 miles of the office, with responsibilities spanning documentation, strategy, and procurement routing to ensure compliant contract execution.

Qualifications

• Requires BS/BA with 8+ years experience; master's preferred.
• Experience in NAVAIR Acquisition and/or Contracts is required.
• Proficient with AMS tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Review and provide recommendations regarding program efforts.
• Develop and coordinate PID, SOW, and CDRLs across PMO.
• Monitor procurement milestones and track contract execution.
• Coordinate with NAVAIR Procurement Group and act as intermediary.
• Mentor junior staff and perform other duties as assigned.
