Job summary

Astrion has an exciting opportunity for an Acquisition Program Manager to directly support Cloud One (AFLCMC/HNII) within the C3I and Infrastructure Division at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role requires a Secret clearance at time of hire and offers a salary between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities include program-level acquisition support, risk management, RFP inputs, and coordination of acquisition reports per DoD policy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field with at least three years in the respective technical discipline, including three years in the DoD.
• Alternatively, seven years of related experience with proper certifications, or five years in the DoD.

Responsibilities

• Support cost and schedule reduction activities for acquisition and development.
• Provide program level acquisition support.
• Advise program leadership on options to maintain cost, schedule and performance objectives.
• Support and develop briefings and schedules of program status and acquisition tasks for senior management.
• Provide PM inputs to RFPs including systems specs, SRDs, SOWs, and CDRLs.
• Review acquisition documents to ensure consistency and accuracy across ADM, LCSP, Acquisition Strategies, APBs, risk plans, PMRs and milestones.
• Support acquisition reports including DoD required reports and milestone documentation per DoDI 5000.02.
• Apply DoD/AF policies and guidance and assist with planning and evaluating acquisition strategies.
• Assist with planning and coordinating acquisition risk management and program risk boards/working groups.
• Develop and maintain acquisition reports (MAR, SAR, DAES, APB) and related documents using DoD/OSD systems.
