Job summary

Paragon Technology Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager II to oversee defense-related projects. You will assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify resources, and develop schedules to ensure timely completion and milestones are met.

The role requires knowledge of acquisition program planning, strong coordination across stakeholders, and the ability to manage scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, and procurement. A US citizenship with DoD clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience in project management.
• Must be a US Citizen with a DoD Secret, or higher, clearance determination.

Responsibilities

• Assemble project team and assign individual responsibilities.
• Identify resources needed and develop schedule to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate activities with internal and external organizations to meet project milestones.
• Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, HR, communications, risk, and procurement.
• Establish management controls, milestones, metrics and reviews to reflect project status.
