Responsibilities:
KBR seeks an Acquisition Program Manager to support the SAF/OC/CDM/CCSO with a full range of contract administration tasks supporting its cybersecurity portfolio. The Secretary of the Air Force, Concepts, Development and Management Office (SAF/CDM) Cyber Capabilities Support Office (CCSO) is a research and development (R&D) driven activity under the U.S. Air Force (USAF), developing solutions in the Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) domain. The Acquisition Program Manager will support CCSO across its cyber capabilities portfolio with project management tasks, including procurement, financial management, systems engineering, production, security, contracting, and logistics for current and future programs. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, coordinating across organizations, and supporting acquisition processes as outlined in PWS sections 1.3.1.1 and 1.3.2.
Provide expertise in DoD systems and full lifecycle program management, including acquisition strategy, requirement documentation, stakeholder management, cost, performance, schedule monitoring, and risk management techniques.
Draft and coordinate documentation such as acquisition plans, requirements documents, justifications, statements of objectives, quality data requirements, and assurance plans. Prepare presentation materials and staff summaries for acquisition milestones.
Support risk management and process improvement initiatives, developing mitigation strategies and documentation.
Assist in developing program execution and contract review briefings, and participate as an acquisition SME in meetings.
Develop program element monitor (PEM) briefings, staffer briefs, and support congressional justifications.
Collaborate with financial management on program tracking, reporting, and metrics.
Lead project oversight, including schedule, technical development, resource allocation, testing, risk mitigation, and financial monitoring.
Coordinate and execute regular project reviews, evaluate progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Identify and resolve technical issues, develop capability roadmaps, and support transition efforts to operational capabilities.
Required Qualifications:
MA/MS Degree
Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience, including at least 10 years in DoD acquisition program management.
Recognized expert in the field.
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Compensation: Salary up to $165K in the DC area.
Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
