Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in any field.
• 5 years of government project or product office experience in acquisitions.
• Experience helping develop acquisition strategies, work statements, evaluation plans, and vendor qualification for budget support.
• Ability to obtain a DoD clearance or hold a secret or higher clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support program and project leadership in planning, execution, oversight, and reporting across a portfolio of technical initiatives.
• Lead or coordinate cross-functional teams spanning technical, financial, scheduling, and contracting functions to support planning, execution, and documentation of program activities.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of key program documents (SOW, PMP, analyses, strategic plans).
• Maintain program timelines and calendars; monitor progress and prepare updates for senior leadership; assess risks to objectives.
• Provide oversight and integration across projects to ensure alignment with cost, schedule, and performance goals.
• Analyze, track, and report on emerging or unmet technical requirements, funding gaps, and priorities.
• Align program requirements with broader budget planning and long-term investments.
• Prepare and deliver briefings and documentation for system development, component integration, and organizational change impacts.
• Develop and present briefing slides, reports, and data summaries to support leadership decisions.
