• Leadership & Management: Build a business marketing team, recruit, hire, and mentor staff.
• Strategic Planning: Develop marketing strategies including market segmentation, product positioning and go-to-market plans.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities and threats and inform tactics.
• Product Marketing: Oversee development and execution of product marketing plans, launches, messaging and promotions.
• Segment Marketing: Lead campaigns targeting specific customer groups and buying committees.
• Stakeholder Communications: Coordinate with sales, product, and other departments; represent marketing in leadership councils.
• Sales Enablement: Produce decks, sheets, landing pages, videos, emails and event materials for the field.
• Brand Management: Maintain consistent brand messaging and strengthen awareness across channels.
• Performance Metrics: Set KPIs and monitor results; adjust strategies to hit goals.
