As a Business Operations Lead at Booz Allen, you’ll work with our defense clients in support of the warfighter, aiding in the acquisition of all they need for optimal end strength and ensuring that their mission is our mission. On our team, you’ll draft full RFP packages, including Statements of Work, Requests for Information, Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, ISTRAP, PSTRAP, and Justification and approval waivers. You’ll work on procurement request packages and be responsible for the safe storage and handling of sensitive documents. You’ll grow your acquisition expertise regarding all statutory, regulatory, and policy updates impacting each project’s success. From working with your team, to building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, to obtaining concurrence, you’ll work to deliver meaningful acquisition support.

You Have:
7+ years of experience in major acquisition planning and documentation generation with DoD or DoN
Experience drafting pre-award acquisition documents, including Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, Justification and Approval ( J & A ) , waiver documentation, Statements of Work, RFP package documents, and post-award contract management documents, including contract modifications or technical instructions
Experience supporting market research efforts such as Requests for Information ( RFIs ) and managing Industry Days
Experience assisting in defining and refining technical requirements such as schedules and risks for inclusi on in acquisition documents
Experience with program management of major ACAT programs
Experience supporting the development of programmatic inputs to leadership briefs and for external organizations
Experience with Micro sof t 365 suite, including Micro sof t Teams, Planner, SharePoint, and Asset Management System ( AMS )
Knowledge of the Planning, Programing, Budget ing, and Execution ( PPBE ) cycle, contract types, section structure, fee structures, and acquisition planning, including Advance Planning Conferences ( APCs ) , All Stakeholder Reviews ( ASRs ) , and contract milestone event planning
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience as Navy major staff
Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
PMP Certification
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
