Job summary

HX5, LLC is seeking a Senior Acquisition Logistician to join our team at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia. The role focuses on coordinating logistics elements—spares, SE, training, facilities, data, and provisioning—to ensure integrated logistics support meets the program’s needs.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's with extensive DoD experience or a Master’s with substantial DoD experience. A U.S. citizenship, background check, and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with fifteen (15) years of relevant experience and five (5) years of DoD experience.
• Master’s degree, twelve (12) years of relevant experience and three (3) years of DoD experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics elements including spares, Support Equipment, training, facilities, technical data, and provisioning to tailor ILSS requirements to the directorate’s needs.
• Develop long-term weapon system supportability approaches that align with Government acquisition strategy goals.
• Obtain logistics resources and participate in site surveys and program reviews.
• Analyze sustainment and DMSMS issues and recommend replacements.
• Support the generation and review of ILSP, LCSP, TOs, manuals, validation of documentation for logistics requirements.
• Demonstrate understanding of DoD acquisition processes.

HX5 is currently seeking an Acquisition Logistician to join our team at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia, in support of the Mobility and Training Aircraft Program Office

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• This position supports the Mobility and Training Aircraft Program Office and will:
• Coordinate all logistics elements including but not limited to spares, Support Equipment (SE), training, facilities, technical data, and provisioning to ensure all integrated logistics support requirements for the program are identified and tailored to the directorate's needs.
• Perform as key participants in developing long term weapon system supportability approaches that further the Government’s acquisition strategy goals and objectives.
• Obtain needed logistics resources and participate in site surveys and program reviews.
• Perform analyses of sustainment or related Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) issues and recommend suitable replacements.
• Provide support to accomplish the generation and review of logistics support documentation that includes the following: Integrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP), Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSP), Technical Orders (TOs), technical manuals, electronic technical manuals, illustrated parts breakdowns, and work specifications to ensure the documentation meets Government logistics support requirements.
• Must be able to demonstrate an understanding of DoD acquisition processes.

Education and Experience:

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance date.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
