Enam, Inc. in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a high‑impact product area across verticals such as Insurance, Credit, or Platform PM support for multiple acquired businesses.

You will define product strategy, ship rapidly with engineering and design, and drive growth, conversion, and customer experience. You will work directly with founders and shape the company's future in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of product management experience.
• Experience building consumer-facing, operator-facing, marketplace, fintech, insurance, credit, or platform products.
• Strong product sense and taste.
• Expertise using data and experimentation to drive product decisions.
• Comfort working in fast-moving startup environments.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Bonus points: experience with fintech, marketplaces, insurance, comparison or shopping experiences, AI-powered consumer products, or scaling products in the U.S. market.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end journey for your product area.
• Build intuitive experiences that help users understand, compare, decide, or complete complex service workflows.
• Define and execute the product roadmap for growth, conversion, operational leverage, or platform capability.
• Run experiments and use data to continuously improve the product.
• Work closely with design and engineering to ship high-quality products.
• Translate complex industry-specific workflows into simple, understandable user experiences.
• Build AI-powered decision tools that guide users and operators through complex choices.
• Partner with operations and domain experts to ensure recommendations and workflows are accurate and trustworthy.
