Qualifications

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of acquisition experience.
• Experience generating acquisition documentation: Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Plan, Market Research Reports, Statement of Need/SOW/Task Orders/Performance Work Statements.
• Experience interfacing with KOs/AOs and Army Acquisition Officers (O5+) and major defense contractors.
• Acquisition experience developing/procuring electro‑optical sensor and display systems or military tactical systems.
• Experience evaluating commercial products against Government requirements (tech/cost/price).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead IPT in managing the new sensor system cradle to grave.
• Develop acquisition and Contract/OTA documentation.
• Generate Army acquisition documents and adjudicate comments.
• Interface with Government Contracts Officers and Agreements Officers and vendors.
• Track deliverables from vendors and ensure required actions are completed.
