Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an Integration Program Manager (IPM) for Corporate Development Integration. You will lead the program management of the integration plan, align pillar and function strategies, and execute plans across Cisco and acquired entities.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitate planning readouts, and ensure executive consensus on objectives. This hybrid role requires strong program management, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience working in Project Management or a similar business role.
• BS degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience leading large-scale improvement efforts across multiple organizational functions in a global, Fortune 500 company or similar matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead program management of acquisition integration plans and alignment of pillar and function strategies.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional alignment with Cisco teams and target designees to achieve outcomes.
