Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in marketing execution, campaign management, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with documentation and approvals.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, testing, launch validation, or digital workflows.
• Attention to detail in controlled environments with formal approvals and records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep stakeholders aligned on deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate acquisition marketing execution from planning to post-launch validation.
• Support creative development, approvals, launch readiness, and documentation.
• Maintain trackers, roadmaps, notes, action logs, and calendars.
• Capture approvals and support governance, controls, and reconciliation.
• Assist with testing, issue documentation, and escalation of risks or gaps.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, analytics, legal, risk, finance, and external partners to ensure timely execution.
