Nelson Auto Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Acquisition BDC Representative to join our Buying Team. You will generate and manage customer leads, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate CRM records to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer service background, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Starting pay is $20-25/hour with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, call center, BDC, sales, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn CRM software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage customer leads through outbound and inbound communication.
• Answer incoming inquiries regarding vehicle acquisition opportunities and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers who do not initially schedule an appointment.
• Utilize CRM and dealership communication tools to effectively manage customer interactions.
• Meet individual and team performance goals while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
