Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, hearing science or audiology.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design and software development.
• Interest in acoustics and signal processing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Work in a modern C#/.NET codebase used by Starkey’s software applications.
• Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams on acoustics modelling and signal processing algorithms.
• Debug and root cause issues faced by audiologists and clinicians in the field.
• Balance tradeoffs between acoustic performance, usability, and maintainability.
• Analyze and present data to stakeholders for decision-making.
• Receive mentorship from experienced engineers across disciplines.
