Job summary

Apple Inc. in San Francisco Bay Area is seeking an Acoustic Engineer to own the acoustic design across iPad, Mac and Home acoustics.

You will drive integration from ideation to mass production, collaborating with design, electrical, software, tuning and reliability teams to deliver superior audio experiences. The role requires hands-on prototyping, testing, and simulation, with international travel around 10%.

• MS or equivalent work experience, acoustics specialization

Responsibilities

• Own acoustic design and integration across Apple product lines (iPad, Mac, Home)
• Collaborate with Transducer Design, Product Design, Electrical, Software, Tuning, Operations and Reliability teams
• Use simulation, prototyping, tuning and validation to push audio capabilities
• Support mass production and overseas manufacturing with robust acoustic solutions
• Travel ~10% internationally for project collaborations and testing
