Aviation Systems Engineering Company (ASEC) is seeking a Systems Analyst - Acoustic SME to support NAVAIR's PMA-264 in research, development, test, and evaluation for the P-8A Poseidon program. You will apply ASW expertise to advance acoustic sensor integration and fleet support from NAS Patuxent River, MD.

The role requires 3+ years on the P-8 as an Acoustic ASW Operator, deep knowledge of acoustic training systems, and strong collaboration across teams with travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of experience on the P-8 platform as an Acoustic Aviation Antisubmarine Warfare Operator.
• Significant operational knowledge of acoustic training systems and courseware.
• Experience across ASW operations and tactics.
• Ability to travel as required.

Aufgaben

• Support PMA-264 in managing engineering requirements for ASW systems.
• Maintain coordination with the PMA-264 Class Desk.
• Contribute to OMI, CONOPS, CONEMPS, and system specifications with requirements analysis and SETR processes.
• Analyze acoustic flight data and develop studies to inform fleet recommendations.
• Engage in technical working groups to evaluate issues and propose solutions.
• Support STR/CDP management and evaluate ECPs.
• Provide technical support to the P-8A acoustic fleet.
• Participate in weekly programmatic and technical meetings to support execution.
• Participate in flight duties as a Project Specialist.
