Job summary

Acne Studios in Woodbury Common is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead a team, nurture client relationships, and drive luxury sales with exceptional service. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to plan activities and ensure a premium client experience across channels.

Ideal candidates bring a customer-facing background in retail or hospitality, CRM/clienteling know-how, and a keen eye for KPIs, stock integrity, and visual merchandising. Background checks may be performed.

What You Will Do

Your main contribution will be to collaborate with the Store Manager to plan activities and take actions based on analyses of KPIs. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, management, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You will play a vital role by:
