Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking an Associate Chief Medical Officer to lead execution of the clinical and operational portfolio for Atlantic ACO and Optimus Healthcare Partners (OHP). Reporting to the CMO, the ACMO shares ownership of provider-facing technology, incentive models, clinical programs, and data assets that drive strategy.

The ACMO will work with vendors and internal teams to design, build, and measure impact, oversee mandatory reporting, population health initiatives, and data governance

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation, co-design, and implementation of provider-facing technology to reduce burden and re-engineer workflow.
• Assist in designing incentive and compensation models aligned with payer contracts and financial goals.
• Lead behavioral and social health programs and population health management initiatives.
• Own mandatory Medicare and commercial quality reporting and monitor payer contract performance.
• Direct ACO data and analytics operations, governance, and enterprise data platform partnerships.
• Oversee integration of Scribe technologies within ACO practices.
