Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Residency in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine completed.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Licensed or eligible for Michigan medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CMO on physician compensation and benefits.
• Oversee Physician Leads and ensure Primary Care goals.
• Participate in hiring/termination decisions for providers.
• Promote quality, safety, and patient access across primary care.
• Support recruitment, retention, mentorship, and leadership development.
