Homestead of Kingfisher is seeking skilled Advanced Certified Medical Aides (ACMA), Certified Medication Aides (CMA) or Medication Aide Technicians (MAT) to join our caring team in Kingfisher. You will support residents with daily care, administer medications, monitor health status, and participate in care planning.

Qualifikationen

• Certified as ACMA, CMA or MAT.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, transfer and move residents with care and safety.

Aufgaben

• Assist with resident care, including vital signs, medication administration and wound care.
• Provide general nursing support (bathing, dressing, grooming).
• Assist with mobility and transfers ensuring safety and comfort.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Participate in resident care planning and goal setting.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for seamless care transitions.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
