Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing, Health Care, or related field, with leadership experience.
• Minimum one year in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily activities of the unit; ensures policy adherence and quality standards.
• Leads staffing, resource allocation, and performance management to meet targets.
• Mentors staff, coordinates care delivery, and ensures patient safety and regulatory compliance.
