The position requires an ALA-accredited Master's degree, NYS Public Librarian’s Certificate, and at least one year of managerial experience, including supervising full-time librarians.

This position will manage one of the busiest community libraries within our organization in terms of annual circulation, gate count, programs, and/or program attendance.
The schedule for this position will include Saturdays and evenings.
This is a union position, represented by District Council 37. The starting annual salary is $73,297.00. The Queens Public Library is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
