The Store Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing daily operations within an assigned retail partner store. The role involves maximizing store revenue and profits through effective management of store activities, including staff recruitment, training, and development. The Store Manager also aims to meet sales goals and improve processes to increase sales, all performed at one of our retail partner locations.

Compensation: The position offers a salary between $40,000 and $44,523 per year, with potential bonuses or incentives based on performance and company policies.

Key Responsibilities include:

1. Management and Leadership: Manage store staff, motivate, evaluate, coach, and develop team members, establish partnerships, train staff, address issues, and foster a positive work environment.
2. Sales: Set and monitor sales goals, oversee sales activities, guide customer interactions, and promote leasing services.

Job Requirements include:

• Minimum 18 years old
