Acima Assistant Store Manager - Part Time

Role Overview

The Assistant Manager-PT reports to the Store Manager and assists with account management, sales activities, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves collaborating with Acima retail partners to process credit applications, promote leasing benefits, and drive sales conversions. This position is based at one of our retail partner store locations.

Compensation

This is an hourly paid position, with wages ranging from $15.00 - $16.00/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive customer growth through various channels (web, partner stores, walk-ins).
• Identify and fulfill customer needs promptly.
• Educate customers on Lease-To-Own terms, benefits, and application processes.
• Close sales by converting applications, including in-store and web orders.
• Collaborate with partner stores and report activities to the Store Manager.

Customer Service

• Build partnerships with retail store personnel to generate referrals.
• Address and resolve customer issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Create a positive work environment to retain coworkers.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Familiarity with leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized with good time-management skills.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable in-person attendance.
