The Role

The Assistant Manager-PT reports to the Store Manager and assists with account management, sales activities, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves collaborating with retail partners to process credit applications and web orders, converting them into Acima credit customers, reviewing lease applications, promoting leasing benefits, and driving conversions. This position is based in one of our retail partner store locations.

Compensation

This is an hourly paid position in accordance with Acima's payroll procedures. Pay range: $15.90-$18.14/hr.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving customer growth through web, partner stores, and walk-ins.
• Identifying and fulfilling customer needs promptly.
• Educating customers on Lease-To-Own terms, benefits, and application process.
• Closing sales by converting applications, including in-store and web orders.
• Collaborating with store staff and reporting to the Store Manager.

Customer Service

• Building partnerships with retail staff for referrals and education.
• Addressing customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Fostering a positive work environment to retain staff.

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
• Familiarity with rental/leasing practices is a plus.
• Organized with good time-management skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance.
