Job summary

Innophos in Nashville is seeking an Acid Plant Treater to maintain safety, quality, and environmental compliance across the process unit. You will monitor operations with an HMI, manage logs, and log data in the ERP system while performing routine maintenance tasks.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial chemical experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work rotating shifts with overtime potential. Training on first shift is provided, with eventual rotation across all shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industrial chemical operator experience.
• Must be available to work changing/rotating shifts.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must be capable of becoming a licensed lift truck operator.
• Must be able to complete log sheets and reports and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Operate the chemical production process in assigned unit with focus on safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Use an HMI to monitor process, adjust parameters, and record data in logs and the JDE E1 ERP system.
• Unload raw materials and package acids into railcars, trucks, totes, or drums; inspect and maintain equipment.
• Move pallets, containers, and equipment using a forklift.
