Job summary

Maschmeyer Concrete is seeking an ACI Certified Technician to join our team at Ready-Mix Plants across Florida. The role focuses on collecting and testing concrete samples and providing field support to customers and the Technical Services team.

Requirements include a high school diploma, valid driver license, and ACI Level 1 and FDOT CTQP certifications within the specified period. Willingness to travel 100% and work Monday–Saturday is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver license with acceptable driving record.
• Knowledge of concrete testing; ACI Field Technician – Level 1 and FDOT CTQP within time frame.

Responsibilities

• Travel to jobsites daily to collect concrete samples.
• Perform field testing per procedures and customer requests.
• Coordinate with QC Manager to provide onsite field support during pours.
• Sample and test materials used to produce concrete (sand, rock, etc.).
• Test concrete in lab and field (temperature, slump, air content, unit weight).
• Maintain quality control records and report issues to QC Manager.
