Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board certification in Pediatric Cardiology and Adult Congenital Heart Disease.
• ACHD board eligibility or certification.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Ohio.
• Experience caring for adults with CHD.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care for adults with congenital heart disease.
• Facilitate seamless transition from pediatric to adult services.
• Strengthen collaborative care pathways with adult cardiology, cardiac surgery, anesthesia and other specialties.
• Engage in education, quality improvement, or clinical research related to ACHD as appropriate.
