Job summary

Midwest Bank seeks an ACH Program Manager to oversee the bank’s ACH operations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.

You will lead collaboration across staff to process ACH transactions accurately, correct policy exceptions, and report ACH policy information to the Board and Senior Management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• One to three years related experience and/or training; banking environment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement the Bank’s ACH Program in alignment with policies and procedures.
• Lead and collaborate with staff to ensure ACH transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Correct ACH process/policy exceptions and deficiencies.
• Provide ACH Policy and Procedure information to the Board of Directors and Senior Management.

Job Duties

Responsible for overall management and implementation of Bank’s ACH Program. Researches, develops, administers, and monitors the Program to ensure the Bank’s ongoing compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules. Leads and works collaboratively with staff to ensure that all ACH transactions are completed in accordance with policies and procedures, while providing dependable and efficient quality service to the Bank and its customers. Responsible to correct any ACH process/policy exceptions and/or deficiencies. Provides the Board of Directors and Senior Management with ACH Policy and Procedure information.

Minimum Education Required

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.

Minimum Experience Required

One to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in a banking environment desirable.
