Job summary

Hyatt Regency DFW Airport is seeking a Part-Time Server for Ace's Lobby Bar. Join our Food & Beverage team and deliver attentive, personalized service in a lively environment near Terminal C at DFW Airport.

We value friendly, guest-centered professionals with hospitality experience who can work 4:00 PM–1:00 AM, including weekends and holidays, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience with team collaboration and professional service.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality with a genuine passion for food, beverage, and exceptional customer service.
• Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs, pay close attention to service details, and deliver personalized experiences.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work collaboratively and support fellow colleagues when needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service throughout their dining experience.
• Accurately take food and beverage orders while making menu and beverage recommendations.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely, professional manner.
• Prepare itemized guest checks and process payments when required.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of menu items, beverage offerings, promotions, and special events.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash-handling procedures through the POS system.
• Communicate guest requests, concerns, and special accommodations promptly to team members and leadership.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment by supporting fellow colleagues and assisting where needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas in accordance with Hyatt standards.
• Report to work as scheduled, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and a commitment to outstanding guest service.

We're seeking a Part-Time Server with flexible availability.

Schedule Requirements

• Availability between 4:00 PM and 1:00 AM
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays

What You'll Be Responsible For

As a Server at Ace's Lobby Bar, you'll create memorable dining experiences by providing attentive, personalized service in a welcoming and energetic environment. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about food and beverage offerings, including cocktails, beer, wine, and menu selections, and is passionate about exceeding guest expectations.

• Ability to stand, walk, and remain mobile for extended periods, including shifts up to 8 hours in length.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, wipe tables and seating areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and bar.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, and transport items weighing up to 20 pounds throughout the shift.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
