• Offer optional products and services based on customer needs.
• Handle telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Organize daily reservations according to available fleet.
• Complete deliveries and pickups for corporate accounts.
• Maintain cleanliness in the office area.
• Report daily lists to the Manager.
• Perform Service Agent duties as needed.
• Uphold Walser Core values and other duties as assigned.

Join ACE Rent-A-Car, a leading global rental agency with 300+ locations worldwide. Our MSP Airport location is proudly operated by the Walser Automotive Group, a Minnesota-based, family-owned company committed to excellence, efficiency, and outstanding customer care.

Compensation:

$20.00/Hourly + Incentives

Available Schedules:

• Thurs-Fri-Sat-Sun-Mon 2PM-10PM

What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers, prepare the rental agreement, provide customers with maps and other information needed
• Offer optional products and services to the customer according to his/her needs
• Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner
• Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations according to our quality standards
• Organize the daily reservations according to the available fleet
• Complete deliveries and pickups of vehicles to and from Corporate accounts
• Maintain cleanliness in the office area
• Complete daily lists and report to the Manager
• Will also complete all Service Agent duties
• Embrace and exhibit Walser CORE values
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
• Exceptional interpersonal skills required
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain good customer service
• Must have the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
