Responsibilities:
  • Provide side by side interventions to Persons that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement.
  • Assist the team and Persons in providing on-going assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.
  • Participate in the development of treatment plans.
  • Support Persons in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals.
  • Support the pursuit of services that are culturally competent, strengths-based, recovery-based, focused on rehabilitation and are inclusive of Person preferences, accessing community resources that support these healthy areas.
  • Provide assistance to Persons related to transportation to work sites, daily activities, appointments.
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable vehicle.
  • Ideally prior experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness.
Available Schedules:
  • Sun-Thu 3pm-11pm (40 hours per week).
  • Sat/Sun 1pm-9pm, Mon 7am-3pm, Fri 11am-7pm (32 hours per week).
  • Sun 9am-5pm, Mon-Thu 11am-7pm (40 hours per week).
  • Sun 1pm-9pm, Mon 7am-3pm, Fri 11am-7pm, Sat 3pm-11pm (32 hours per week).
  • Tue-Thu, 2pm-10pm, Fri 3pm-11pm, Sat 1pm-9pm (40 hours per week).

Qualifications
Education

Required: High School.
