Responsibilities:
  1. Provide side-by-side interventions to persons focusing on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement.
  2. Assist the team and persons in ongoing assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.
  3. Participate in the development of treatment plans.
  4. Support persons in their recovery and rehabilitation goals.
  5. Support culturally competent, strengths-based, recovery-focused, and inclusive services aligned with person preferences, including accessing community resources.
  6. Assist with transportation to work sites, daily activities, and appointments.
Requirements:
  1. Valid driver's license.
  2. Reliable vehicle.
  3. Preferably prior experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
Available Schedules:
  1. Sun 1p-9p, Mon 7a-3p, Fri 11a-7p, Sat 1p-9p (32 hrs).

Qualifications
Education

Required: High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience

Preferred: Experience working with adults with severe and persistent mental illness.

Licenses & Certifications

Required: MA Driver's License.
