Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Social Work or a related field required.
  • 2-3 years experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide side by side interventions focusing on problem solving and skills training.
  • Assist in ongoing assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.
  • Administer and monitor medications according to regulations.

We provide in-house training, including First Aid & CPR, and will provide you with the skills to make a difference in people's lives!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide side by side interventions to Persons that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism and encouragement.
  • Assist the team and Persons in providing on-going assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.
  • Participate in the development treatment plans and ensure that the Person is at the center of the process and that the interventions are clinically based.
  • Support Persons in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals. 3. Provide specific interventions and supports to specialty population within the IGLE.
  • Ensure the safety of the specialty population and the community by adhering to monitoring plans to support Persons.
  • Administer and monitor Person medications in accordance with agency, DMH and DPH regulations, policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in either Psychology or Social Work or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Ideally 2-3 years prior experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness
Schedules:

Nike Behavioral Program:

  • Sunday, Monday & Friday 11pm-7am (24 hours)
  • Sunday-Thursday, 3pm-11pm (40 hours)
PAY: $21/hr
