Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
  • 2-3 years experience with adults having severe mental illness preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide interventions focusing on problem solving and skills training.
  • Assist in developing treatment plans centered on the Person's needs.
  • Administer and monitor medications according to regulations.

We provide in-house training, including First Aid & CPR, and will provide you with the skills to make a difference in people's lives!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide side-by-side interventions to Persons that focus on problem solving, skills training, modeling behavior, optimism, and encouragement.
  • Assist the team and Persons in providing ongoing assessment of symptoms and responses to staff interventions.
  • Participate in the development of treatment plans and ensure that the Person is at the center of the process and that the interventions are clinically based.
  • Support Persons in their desire for recovery and rehabilitation in the development of their goals.
  • Provide specific interventions and supports to specialty population within the IGLE.
  • Ensure the safety of the specialty population and the community by adhering to monitoring plans to support Persons.
  • Administer and monitor Person medications in accordance with agency, DMH, and DPH regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in either Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable vehicle
  • Ideally 2-3 years prior experience working with adults having severe and persistent mental illness

Schedules:

  • Tuesday-Saturday, 8am-4pm (40hrs)
  • Sunday-Thursday, 8am-4pm (40hrs)
  • Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday & Sunday 9am-9pm, Monday 3pm-11pm (40hrs)

Location: Beverly MA
