Job summary

Job description

Location(s): Lake Mary, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Atlanta, GA

Hybrid: Requires in-office 1–2 days per week; up to 20–50% travel may be required. Alternate locations may be considered if within commuting distance.

Accreditation Program Coordinator is responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities and developing and implementing process improvements that support operational performance, accreditation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

How You Will Make An Impact
  • Documents current workflow, including operational and accreditation-related processes.
  • Identifies areas at risk and potential compliance gaps.
  • Develops recommendations for changed/new processes.
  • Coordinates obtaining consensus among affected parties and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinates implementation and monitors post-implementation.
  • Makes necessary adjustments as needed.
  • Develops presentations and communicates process improvement recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Supports accreditation readiness activities and process standardization efforts.
  • May act as lead in providing direction to lower level associates in the department.
  • Travel to support business and operational needs, up to 20–50% travel may be required.
Minimum Requirements
  • BA/BS in a related field and minimum 3 years experience in process improvement, workflow analysis, or project management; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • For positions in Government Business Division entities, additional requirements may apply (background checks, clearances, segregation of duties, role‑specific training, monitoring, sensitive data handling).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience presenting information and recommendations to stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience working cross‑functionally to drive process improvements.
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, accreditation, compliance, or operational improvement experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
