Job summary

The University System of New Hampshire seeks a Program Compliance and Data Manager to oversee accreditation and compliance for educator preparation programs. You will manage data collection, analysis, and reporting across departments, coordinate surveys, and advise on licensure pathways, ensuring accurate data for reports to UNH, USNH leadership, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Experience supervising pre-service or practicing teachers.
Strong data-management and reporting skills.
Familiar with accreditation and licensure standards.

Responsibilities

Oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for accreditation and licensure across educator preparation programs.
Prepare for state, regional, and national accreditation reviews and maintain PEPP data.
Coordinate surveys, graduate placement data, and program coursework assessment tools.
Serve as liaison for instructors on assessment databases and reporting structures.
Support audits and annual reports (NHED, Title II) with accurate data.
