Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or in progress; if in progress, must be completed within three (3) years from date of hire.
• 5 years Recent acute care or ambulatory RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation for regulatory surveys and monitors standards compliance.
• Communicates necessary information to department leaders and staff and recommends actions to maintain or exceed compliance.
• Facilitates and collaborates with departmental leaders on assessing standards compliance and action plans.
• Organizes the survey readiness framework and site visit preparations for surveys or accreditation processes.
• Serves as a content expert in standards and regulations for operational leaders.
