Qualifications

  • 3 years of cumulative experience or 2 years of experience with a degree.
  • 3-5 years of Specialty Accreditation experience preferred.

Job description

We Are Hiring
  • Department: Pharmacy Services
  • Schedule: Full time, Days
  • Location: Remote with 25-30% travel in nationwide markets
What You Will Do

Manage licensing and accreditation process for pharmacy activities between national and ministry facilities. Navigate pharmacists through the credentialing process to become part of the medical staff for individual ministries.

  • Develop, track and report on licensing across pharmacy distribution channels for the organization.
  • Develop, track and report on accreditation for pharmacies.
  • Guide, support, and facilitate credentialing of clinical pharmacists through medical staff services.
  • Facilitate third party audits system-wide.
  • Coordinate between national and local ministries on licensing, accreditation, credentialing, and third party audits.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences
  • Masters degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of Specialty Accreditation experience preferred.
