Job summary

The State of Missouri is seeking a candidate to support the Developmental Disabilities division, focusing on billing operations, staff training, and workload management. This role will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate timekeeping, billing, and process efficiency across multiple locations in Missouri.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years of relevant experience, a BA/BS or equivalent, and training in process improvement programs.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of relevant experience (substitutions may be allowed).
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree and training in process improvement programs.
• Lack of post-secondary education will not automatically disqualify applicants.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee time and leave requests.
• Maintain staff workload distribution.
• Manage billing team mailbox.
• Provide training for new staff.
• Provide training to outside stakeholders as requested.
• Resolve time sensitive and complex billing issues.
• Manage billing project requests; report back to requesting team and/or outside stakeholders.
• Minimal travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.
