First Security Bank Bozeman is seeking an Accounts Specialist for the Cottonwood Branch. You will greet customers, assess needs, and open new accounts with accurate documentation while ensuring service excellence.

You will help customers choose from checking, savings, money market, IRA, and CD options, and support online banking setup and cross-selling activities. Strong communication and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service and clerical experience.
• Previous bank experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with account needs while following service pledge.
• Open and process new accounts with complete documentation.
• Explain features of checking, savings, money market, IRA, and CDs.
• Process wires, checks, and card issuance; assist with online banking setup.
• Maintain compliance with BSA, Patriot Act, and OFAC.
• Support referrals and cross-selling efforts across branches.
