Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience managing, supervising or leading a team in an office environment
• Working knowledge of accounting, banking and finance functions

Responsibilities

• Train, direct daily activities for the office team and assist in delegation of office tasks
• Ensure proper communication with customers and service teams
• Assist with information preparation to support month-end closings
• Interface with service teams and subcontractors
• Ensure location audit compliance with corporate policies and procedures
