Jobot Consulting is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Fresno to support a busy accounting team in a manufacturing setting. The role focuses on cash applications, posting, aging analysis, and credit memos, with strong Excel and SAP requirements.

The ideal candidate will manage collections, reconcile ledgers, and contribute to month-end close processes while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SAP and ERP systems.
• Advanced Excel skills: PivotTables, lookups, formulas, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage full accounts receivable cycle: billing, cash applications, payment posting, and collections.
• Prepare and analyze aging reports to identify delinquent accounts and short payments.
• Create and issue credit memos to adjust customer accounts.
• Use SAP and Excel to maintain records and perform data analysis.
• Conduct complex account analysis and ledger reconciliation for accuracy.
