Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• 2–3 years experience in collections, invoicing, or AR.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong data analysis ability.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Process AR transactions for customers.
• Maintain collections on an AR portfolio to support DSO targets.
• Support collection efforts and related functions.
• Prepare cash receipts for processing by cash applications.
• Perform reconciliations for receivables and deferred revenue.
• Conduct month-end billing, journal entries, and close.
• Provide audit support and report AR metrics.
• Recommend process improvements.
• Handle sensitive information confidentially.
