Harris Computer is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable professional in Louisiana to manage invoicing, credits, debits, and customer account maintenance. You will proactively coordinate with multiple departments to resolve problem accounts and ensure timely information exchange.

The role supports month-end and quarter-end activities and includes collaboration with Collections to resolve billing issues, with opportunities for a bonus or merit program based on performance and market

Qualifikationen

• Education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Finance, or relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Invoicing, credits, debits, etc. (customer account maintenance).
• Proactively communicating to various departments on problem accounts.
• Working with the Collections Department to resolve customer billing issues.
• Providing timely responses to customer and employee requests for information.
• Preparing information required for the month-end, and quarter-end.
• Account reconciliation.
