Job summary

Klean Kanteen is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to maintain customer accounts, manage collections, and ensure timely invoicing and deposits. This role supports accuracy across Sage, Shopify, Avalara, and Mapadoc while aligning with the Finance team.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain customer accounts in Sage, Shopify, and Avalara.
• Manage collections and monitor accounts receivable aging.
• Process invoices and payments accurately and on time.
• Support credit reviews and set up terms with Sales.
• Cross-train on Accounts Payable and assist general finance tasks.
