The Accounts Receivable Specialist plays a key role on a growing accounting team by managing high-volume AIA and Time & Material (T&M) billing. This position focuses on ensuring invoice accuracy, completing client-required documentation, and supporting month-end billing processes. The role is well suited for someone with 12 years of billing or accounts receivable experience, preferably in the construction industry, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and takes pride in maintaining organized and accurate financial records.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist works as part of a collaborative accounting department that includes an AP team of five and an AR team of two. The environment is team-oriented, with colleagues who tend to build long-term careers and stay with the organization for many years. This is a Contract position based out of Sterling, VA.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
