Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Champlin, MN team on a contract basis. You will handle daily billing, data entry into customer portals, and backup documentation per customer requirements, while ensuring smooth invoice processing and responsive service to stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in AR/billing, strong knowledge of billing nuances including AIA liens, and experience with ERP systems and Textura.

• Prepare and process daily billing through internal billing applications.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Champlin, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
