Job summary

Flow Control Group is seeking an Accounting Clerk in the United States (Missouri). The role focuses on billing customers, handling credits, processing payments, and maintaining NetSuite records with strict accuracy and PCI DSS compliance.

Candidates should have a two-year accounting degree or equivalent experience, strong Excel skills, and a customer-focused attitude. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits and growth opportunities within a manufacturing and flow-control network.

Responsibilities

• Bills customers for all orders shipped daily.
• Issues credit memos or refunds as needed.
• Follow corporate credit policy for credit granting, reporting, and updates.
• Ensure tax procedures are followed.
• Assist with daily customer deposits/payments.
• Review orders for potential fraud using various tools.
• Verify credit card orders are processed correctly.
• Maintain NetSuite customer database to keep data current.
• Assist in making collection calls on past-due accounts.
• Monitor shared emails to ensure timely and accurate work.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job Duties

• Bills customers for all orders shipped daily

• Ability to work independently within a team environment to accomplish common goals
• Capacity to learn and utilize a variety of continually changing technology platforms to accomplish day-to-day duties
• 2-year Accounting degree or comparable work experience
• Must follow safety policies, use PPE, complete safety trainings, report hazards, report work-related injuries for team members, and maintain a safe workplace.
